- Operates vehicles, equipment, and tools common to landscaping and grounds maintenance including snow and ice removal.
- Performs work associated with event set-up and tear-down.
- Performs regular and directed grounds and landscape maintenance by mowing lawns with riding or push mowers; trimming and edging around trees, shrubs, ground cover, flowers, sidewalks and buildings; weeding, thinning and cleaning flower beds and other grounds by hand or utilizing proper tools and equipment.
- Planting and maintaining seasonal plants, flowers, grass, shrubs, bushes, trees, etc.
- Operates various types of equipment, hand and power tools such as: backhoe, single axle dump truck (Non CDL), pickup truck, fork truck, farm tractor, ATV’s and UTV’s, salt spreaders, dollies, hand-trucks, sod cutters, rototillers, jackhammers, blowers, vacuums, riding mowers, spreaders, brooms, edging tools, walk-behind mowers, power trimmers, chainsaws, pole saws, rakes, picks, etc.
