- This position provides laboratory support for work in bacterial culture, molecular biology, protein purification and immunological assays.
- Perform routine procedures in bacterial culture; molecular biology (e.g., DNA and RNA purification, PCR); clone, produce and analyze recombinant polypeptides; and immunological assays (e.g., ELISA); work with live animals (mice).
