- The Labor Relations Manager is responsible for the negotiation and administration of the company’s collective bargaining agreements.
- Negotiates designated collective bargaining agreements, sometimes autonomously; keeping the Sr. Director Labor Relations advised of progress of negotiations and any potential barriers to the successful negotiations.
- Serve as Trustee/Alternate Trustee on Multi-Employer Welfare and Pension Trust Funds as designated.
- Manages grievance/dispute, store and facility teammate discipline and termination termination decisions.
- Collaborates with the Legal Department on all aspects of the grievance process including mediation and arbitrations as needed.
