- Our Knowledge Management Content Engineer is a key member of the Casualty Claims leadership team working across the organization to develop robust and accurate knowledgebase content, usability, and reporting to support consistency and provide a friction-less experience to our customers.
- The ideal candidate has broad and deep technical expertise of knowledge repositories and exceptional communication skills to translate complex business processes into clear, concise written communication that is customized to fit the stakeholder audience.
- As a Knowledge Management Content Engineer, you will:Work with stakeholders to UNDERSTAND business problems, DETERMINE requirements, and DESIGN technical solutions of data, reports, software, and/or systems.
- COMMUNICATE in a professional oral or written manner thoughtfully and clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, conveying nuanced business strategies and complex technical topics in a way those less familiar with the subject matter can understand without key concepts getting lost in translation.
- UTILIZE analytical techniques and business knowledge to DELIVER insights and derive new KPIsASSESS and CULTIVATE long-term strategic goals and specific opportunities for business intelligence and automated solution development in conjunction with Business Partners, Engineers, and Data Scientists.
