- The Kokua Soup Kitchen Manager is responsible for running and preparing meals 2 possibly 3- times a week for 100 people.
- The Kokua Soup Kitchen Manager will have a deep commitment to the mission of The Salvation Army which will be evident in his or her professional life and the manner in which he or she represents The Salvation Army Hanapepe Corps.
- Ensure a vegetarian dish is available at each meal provided.
- Available to prepare meats in case of an emergency for all EDS needs.
- Solicitation of community agencies, business, churches to provide 1 cooked meal per month to the soup kitchen.
