- The Kitchen Manager is a key member of the restaurant team responsible for leading the kitchen functions for the Restaurant Profit Center, including inventory control, purchasing, personnel supervision and direction, and food production.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff i.e., Cook, Prep Cook, Dishwasher, etc.
- Assist the PCM in overseeing the restaurant operations (total financial P&L, production output and food costs, various monthly audits)
