- Along with assisting in the daily operations in the Back of House, the Key Hourly Manager is specifically responsible for expediting food and running the kitchen throughout the shift.
- Ensure recipe adherence and perfect execution of all food
- Ensure walk in is clean, organized and all items are rotated correctly and labeled.
- Understand basic principals on the aloha POS system.
- Understand all systems and equipment in the restaurant including making sure the dishwasher is working correctly and temping above 180 degrees on the final rinse.
