- The Juvenile Justice Navigator: Will work with youth and young adults experiencing homelessness, with a focus on youth under the age of 18, to navigate systems, coordinate service delivery, and otherwise support the young person throughout their journey to permanent housing stability.
- The Juvenile Justice-focused Youth Navigator will also work closely with and act as point of contact for Snohomish County's Juvenile Justice system, building the majority of their caseload with referrals from Denney Juvenile Justice Center.
- The Youth Navigator will conduct outreach in various locations and with relevant community partners to build a caseload of about 20-30 young people currently experiencing homelessness or at high risk to experience homelessness.
- Establish and maintain a professional, supportive relationship with youth involved with the juvenile justice system.
- Build strong relationships with community partners with an emphasis on those associated with the juvenile justice system.
