- Responsible for growing the client base and revenues (recurring outsourced services based) in both the middle market – where Auxis has a significant base and competitive advantage – and the Fortune 1000 market spaces where Auxis has been making significant headway and finding rapid market acceptance
- and be able to differentiate between nearshore Latin American outsourcing and far away offshore outsourcing in Asia. Not a “techy”, but need to understand IT and be conversant
- General knowledge of data center facilities and infrastructure, ITIL process methodologies, and ITSM solutions such as ServiceNow and SysAid
- Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation solutions and associated methodology to support the business units and IT teams in transforming business challenges into technology solutions
- Experience with Sales pipeline reporting, forecasting and HubSpot CRM tools a plus
