- As an IT Tech Manager, you will manage the team and enable them to participate in IT projects and resolve end-user trouble tickets in an expedient and efficient manner while maintaining our customer service standards.
- This role is focused on all aspects of our infrastructure and application footprint and requires skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, solution design, as well as general business knowledge in support of enterprise applications.
- Manage a team that provides Tier 1 & Tier 2 support for internal and external customers.
- Troubleshoot problems with computer systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software, e-mail, network and peripheral equipment problems; makes repairs and corrections where required.
