- The primary responsibility of the IT Systems Administrator is to assist the IT Systems Supervisor in supporting the stable operation of the in-house computer network to ensure the security and availability of the organization’s IT Operations/infrastructure assets.
- The person will also monitor, maintain, support, diagnose, resolve, and document hardware and software problems for all CCI locations in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training and support where required.
- Recommend, Evaluate, Test, and implement system and security upgrades (SCCM/Intune).
- Application support with Watchguard, Palo Alto firewalls, Cloud Management & Monitoring, and Intune device management.
- Experience with Cisco, Meraki, Switches, Routers, Wireless Access Points.
