- As a member of the Technology Team, the Information Technology Support Specialist will assist with the support of KPA managed devices including Windows Desktops/Laptops, Mac, Android, and iOS. This role also plays an essential, customer-facing role in supporting high quality, highly scalable software for KPA’s Software as a Service (SaaS) products.
- Windows desktop and server technologies: CompTIA A+, MCP certifications preferred
- Mobile Device Management technologies: Intune, Kandji, experience preferred
- Security technologies: MS365 Defender, Crowdstrike, Rapid7 experience preferred
- Bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems/Management Information Systems or Computer Science degree preferred.
