Responsibilities:
Respond to all tickets submitted for computer issues in stores.
Repair all computer issues to ensure they are properly working.
Install, troubleshoot, and facilitate repair of workstations, printers, and networking equipment.
Responsible for learning new applications to support our users.
Participate in phone support of technical issues..
Configure all new computers and tablets.
Set up all new hires in computer and phone systems.
Travel to area stores as needed.
Qualifications
2-5 years of similar IT experience.
2 year college or technical degree in information technology or equivalent work experience.
Must be a self-starter with ability to work productively with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and people skills.
A+ Certification would be a plus
Experienced in hardware, troubleshooting, and repair.
Experience with Active Directory, WAN and LAN, MS Office Suite.
Understand basic networking concepts with the ability to troubleshoot.
Clean driving record.
