- The IT Partner Manager is responsible for the continuous information technology (IT) operations of the Siemens Customer Service Center (CSC) in Irving, Texas.
- The CSC consists of a customer support center and a Central Monitoring Station (CMS).
- The IT Partner Manager will maintain the sophisticated IT architecture that powers this center to include daily and periodic maintenance, application and equipment upgrades, and rapid response to any casualties that befall the systems.
- The IT Partner Manager will be one of a staff of ten IT professionals all working in concert to enable continuous operations of the center and assist with customer inquiries about IT capabilities and offerings.
- Maintain continuous (24/7/365) operations of all IT and telephony equipment to allow the center to conduct its various missions, to include building automation monitoring, fire/burglar panel monitoring, video monitoring, access control monitoring, emergency phone monitoring, and various additional customer service tasks
