- IT HELPDESK INTERN SUPPORT SPECIALIST Basic Functions: Provide desktop end-user support, PC setup/configuration, and resolution of IT Client Services requests.
- Provide technical support to end users in support of hardware, software, peripherals, and network infrastructure.
- Queue into online helpdesk ticketing system, to create, track progress and status, resolve and close tickets.
