- Piper Companies is seeking a IT Help Desk Support II to join a pharmaceutical company.
- This position is a long term contract role and is 4 days onsite and 1 day remote-Hybrid in Radnor, PA. The IT Help Desk Support II is responsible for the organization's daily operations, ensuring seamless new employee onboarding and critical global and local communications by partnering with every employee and external vendor.
- Provide IT Level 1 & 2 support for company users on-site, remotely, and ensuring timely updates, issues resolution and escalation of unresolved issues.
- Conduct IT onboarding and training, perform asset management and maintain up to date support documentation.
- Three or more years of experience in providing onsite and remote support, including field sales teams
