- Independently investigates complaints of discrimination and harassment, including but not limited to, reports of protected-class discrimination, sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, sexual violence, and gender based discrimination.
- Develops, implements, coordinates and conducts educational programs and initiatives to educate and support faculty, staff, and students regarding their rights, and where applicable, on equal opportunity, affirmative action, their obligations under Title IX, including reporting options, supportive measures, University policy, applicable disciplinary sanctions, grievance procedures, and confidential resources.
