- Position Summary : The Internal Communications Specialist will seek to increase employee awareness, understanding, and engagement, while inspiring multi-directional communication across a variety of channels.
- Communication plans will include DE&I, Merlin Culture Survey, Merlin's Magic Wand, PT, marketing and entertainment initiatives that involve employees for engagement and success.
- Consult with Guest Experience Manager to align with key activity that supports the improvement of KPI’s.
- Support, track, and coordinate Resort wide listening strategy activities and employee engagement initiatives (Resort, NA and Group led).
- Write, research, and edit communications to engage and inform employees through a variety of internal communications channels, including the 411, emails, intranet, videos, and social media.
