- Responsible for providing help desk assistance to the end-users on PC software, computer, and peripheral equipment within the Client Central Office; Configure & deploy new PCs.
- Upgrade and reimage existing PCs; Install & maintain operating system software, including new releases of existing software; Assist the Information Systems Director in maintaining the Client Central Office local area network with assistance from our network maintenance vendor.
- Four years of an accredited college or technical institution degree in Computer Science, Data Processing, Business Information systems, or a related field.
