- The position to which you will be appointed is subject to a financial disclosure reporting requirement and you will be required to complete a new entrant Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE Form 450) within 30 days of your appointment.
- This is an interdisciplinary position which may be filled in any of the following occupational series: Biologist - 0401 or Physical Scientist - 1301.
- Have successfully completed a degree in biological sciences, agriculture, natural resource management, chemistry, or related disciplines appropriate to the position.
- Have successfully completed a degree in physical science, engineering, or mathematics that included 24 semester hours in physical science and/or related engineering science such as mechanics, dynamics, properties of materials, and electronics.
- This experience includes activities such as: managing a broad, interdisciplinary natural resource management or ecosystem science program; overseeing the planning and direction of resource management or ecosystem restoration projects; planning, developing, and implementing major agency natural resource or ecosystem programs; and planning, managing, and implementing ecosystem science research projects of regional to national scope and significance.
