- The group has a deep technical bench of attorneys specializing in patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, antitrust and trade regulation, litigation, media and first amendment, and technology transfer to support IP and related matters.
- They are committed to accelerating professional development, supporting business growth, and maintaining a sustainable law firm financial model.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in data breach prevention and risk-mitigation counseling, including tabletop design and delivery, data breach investigation and response counseling, and a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory framework for key international, federal, and state privacy laws.
- This includes the requirements of all effective and pending state consumer data privacy laws, PCI-DSS, GLBA, HIPAA, and GDPR. The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in implementing key components of privacy and security compliance programs, negotiating complex information technology, licensing and outsourcing contracts, and advising clients in all industries on a wide variety of privacy and data security matters.
