- The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for bridging the gap between sales (our Producers) and customer support (our clients).
- In new business, the Producer will complete the sale and handoff to the Customer Success Manager to complete back-end tasks and relay to the Account Manager any further actions that need to be taken.
- The Customer Success Manager will oversee the new account until all is setup, paid, active, and the customer is happy.
- In existing, renewal, and ongoing business, the Customer Success Manager will complete annual and/or periodic check-ins with customers and Account Managers in order to ensure ongoing tasks and updates are completed timely and correctly.
- Customer Success Manager will ensure smooth and positive client experience as well as efficient and streamlined account management internally.
