- Bilingual- English & Spanish REQUIRED. We are looking for an experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative/ Account & Benefits Specialist to connect with our clients.
- To ensure success as an insurance customer service representative, you should have a friendly and professional demeanor, and good communication skills.
- Coordinate with COBRA administrator to ensure appropriate continuation coverage and billing
- Work with carriers to ensure all information is complete and accurate (address missing information, enrollment/term information, etc.)
- Help maintain Maxwell and Employee Navigator
