- About the Role: The Insurance Claims Specialist is primarily responsible for coordinating and administering the company's casualty and property insurance claims.
- The Insurance Claims Specialist will be responsible for the daily management and coordination of Workers’ Compensation claims between the third-party claims administrator (TPA) and Operations.
- Throughout our history, we have partnered with utilities, municipalities, commercial clients, and developers to deliver some of the largest and most notable projects including transmission/distribution/substation, commercial and industrial, storm restoration, and renewable (solar and wind farms) energy.
- Essential Functions Responsible for daily administration of General Liability, Automobile and Workers’ Compensation claims; reviews and evaluates all work-related accident reports for completeness and clarity of data; analyze data to ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and analyze problems regarding workers’ compensation claims; Recommend investigation and surveillance on employees through a third-party administrator (TPA); Monitor attendance and medical appointments of employees on workers’ compensation.
