- JOB OVERVIEW: This role will be instrumental in collaborating with instructors to enhance instructional practices, implementing Project Based and Challenge Based learning frameworks, implementing and managing a new Learning Management System (LMS), and developing culturally-responsive curriculum tailored for high school to college-age young adults.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in instructional design, LMS administration, curriculum development, and expertise in designing inclusive and engaging learning experiences for diverse student populations.
- Develop inclusive curriculum and instructional materials tailored for high school seniors to college-age young adults, including English language learners (ELL), with a holistic approach to member learning and development.
- LMS Implementation and Management (20%) Lead the implementation and administration of a new Learning Management System (LMS) to support organizational training initiatives, ensuring accessibility and usability for diverse learners, including ELL students.
- Configure and customize the LMS platform based on organizational requirements, optimizing functionality for effective content delivery and student engagement.
