- Using telephone sales concepts, maintain a minimum of 120 calls per week to qualify accounts, update the customers' account information (especially machine population), and begin to develop business relationships
- Promote all aspects of the dealership by selling parts, service labor, maintenance contracts (especially CVAs and Cat Connect), and all other product support solutions for all Cat and Non-Cat products
- Based on equipment population, current hours and planned usage, counsel customers on planned maintenance/repairs or existing product support solutions that would result in the lowest owning and operating costs
- Contribute to the success of the Parts and Service departments by effectively managing lead and opportunity data to achieve organizational sales and marketing excellence.
