- The Inside Sales Representative, BioProduction will maintain a sales territory, support incoming customer inquiries for an assigned territory, and engage with both tactical and strategic customers that are not assigned to Field Bioproduction Account Managers (BAM)!
- Primary customers include pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, Animal Health, R&D, cGMP, medical device, environmental, and research universities/institutions.
- Lead tactical customer calls, quote inquires, product inquiries, documentation requirements to strengthen business for assigned customers
- Solid understanding and proficiency in life sciences and/or the bioprocess industry to be able to serve as a resource for customers
- Ability to present information to research & process development scientists, purchasing, and supply chain personnel.
