- The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating revenue with both existing and prospective customers by making 30+ calls daily, with focus on building rapport and strong relationships with our defined customer base.
- In addition, the role requires basic understanding of engineering plans and specifications, technical take-offs for RFQs, answering technical questions from customers and maintaining a database of daily activities in Salesforce Lightning CRM. A team-player who can also work independently by managing their time for efficiency and high-productivity while working with their Field Sales Engineer to grow a designated territory year over year.
- Develop new sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts through inbound lead follow-up and 30+ outbound calls daily.
- Handle telephone inquiries related to RFQs, purchase orders, technical questions, site survey requests and meeting requests.
- Follow up on FSE visits, customer samples and drop-ship orders.
