Responsibilities:
<ul style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0;"><li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Deliver the best possible care to your set of assigned patients</li><li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation </li><li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy, and imaging</li></ul> We are offering a sign on bonus up to $25,000 to hires who meet the eligibility requirements. We also offer additional pay for participation in our clinical ladder as well as referral bonuses, excellent benefits, and relocation assistance. 

Qualifications:
