- InAlliance is looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated people to work with adults with developmental disabilities, providing supported living services such as training with home-care management, social skill development, behavior management, and community integration.
- As an Independent Living Facilitator II (ILF II) you will provide for the care, fellowship, and protection of persons with developmental disabilities while supporting them to be as independent as possible.
- The ILF II works in a home with a participant that has received a Health and Safety Waiver (HSW) through the Department of Developmental Services.
- 1-2 years of direct care experience with adults with I/DD (Intellectual /Developmental Disability).
- 1-2 years of direct care experience or knowledge assisting individuals with medical equipment like Hoyer lift and assisting with catheters and feeding tubes.
