- As a Customer Service Representative; the associate has to handle inbound calls from the customer or do an outbound call within guidelines/goals established by the client and management.
- This position requires good communication skills; the ability to effectively handle information requests, compliments and complaints with a positive attitude and attention to details.
- Receive requests from 3rd party/customersentities through calls and provide responses with the required documents to therequestor via call.
- Make outbound calls (if required) to confirmchanges, if needed
- Submit changes on existing policies in system
