- With flexible hours , a competitive starting salary, an excellent benefits package , paid holidays and a cohesive "family-like" work environment, an IHBS at Bay Coast Behavioral will use their Master's level education and licensing to serve as a primary therapist and contact for all in-home clients.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or closely related relevant field.
- Attend regularly scheduled treatment team (CPT) meetings to communicate the client's progress while reviewing and evaluating the performance of the Behavior Management Monitor (BMM).
- Meet with the client's guardian(s) or other family members as needed to review overall progress and discuss changes to the treatment plan while providing direct instruction and training.
- Obtain client/parent/guardian's signature treatment plan within seven days of completion.
