- The International Institute for the Advancement of Medicine ( IIAM ): a division of MTF Biologics, honors donors of non-transplantable organs and tissue by providing their gifts to the medical research community to combat and cure disease.
- Must possess first-hand knowledge and experience in performing organ allocation for transplantation to perform medical-criteria screening, organ allocation and placement, coordination of operating room surgical recovery time with organ readiness, organ transportation and travel logistics, communication and documentation.
- Serves as a representative of IIAM and MTF Biologics, communicating with various organizations including Organ Procurement Organizations (OPOs), research entities, and other key individuals and groups in a manner that reflects positively on the organization.
- Utilize existing knowledge of applicable Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN) policy and organ donation timeline to carry out allocation of Liver, Heart, Lungs, Pancreas, Kidneys,Intestine and other tissues for research.
