- The Instrumentation and Electrical Superintendent is responsible for leading and managing the I&E execution function, I&E infrastructure budgets, and developing/implementing strategies for sustainable I&E reliability and execution capability improvement at the Lake Charles Manufacturing Complex.
- Applying Phillips 66 Required Standards, engineering standards, mechanical integrity procedures, and safety procedures to address I&E reliability challenges.
- Initiating action to increase unit uptime, increase product quality, and reduce refinery maintenance costs by developing and owning reliability improvement efforts for the plant's I&E assets.
- It receives domestic, Canadian and other foreign crude oil through truck, pipeline, marine transportation and terminals, including the Beaumont and Clifton Ridge terminals and the Bayou Bridge Pipeline.
- Refined products are distributed in the southeastern and eastern United States by truck, rail car, barge or pipelines and exported to Latin America and West Africa.
