- Responsible for recruiting, training and onboarding new Investment Advisor Representatives and Insurance licensed producers within assigned region.
- Work within assigned region to achieve assigned annuity sales goals.
- Partner with External and Internal wholesaler in region to best achieve recruiting and sales goals.
- Gather and maintain competitor information and assist management in developing product and sales tools to gain and maintain a competitive advantage; act as a steward for the agents/distribution partners to keep them involved with field climate, trends and other important strategic information.
