- Description: This is a yearlong hybrid internship (June 2024 - May 2025) in which the intern will be integrated within the Fund for Equitable Business Growth team under supervision of the Director to navigate the areas of program management, including but not limited to events planning, community research, grants reporting, and stakeholder partnership management.
- Our goal is to understand and help fund the entire ecosystem that supports entrepreneurs of color so they can benefit through improved business models , access to capital and other resources , increased income , improved business efficiencies , and greater household wealth.
- Support FEBG in preparing for upcoming ecosystem mapping projects and pilots, including preparing the RFP for the project, scheduling meetings with potential consultants, coordinating agendas, gathering data as requested by consultant, etc.
- Learning and Impact - Coordinate with the Trusts Learning and Impact team, FEBGs grants evaluator, and FEBG Director, to develop working documents to track impact measures to support FEBG grant recipients and FEBG funders.
- Grants reporting - Work with FEBG director, Learning and Impact, and grants evaluator to prepare interim and final reports for FEBG funders.
