- This position will also be responsible for the troubleshooting, replacing, monitoring, repair, and service for the following systems: HVAC, dining equipment, plumbing, wastewater treatment, and associated controls systems and all related hardware, software, and alarms, boilers, and HVAC equipment, and associated mechanical components.
- This position will also be required to perform general maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, plumbing, painting, electrical, structural repairs to walls, ceilings, floors, doors and door hardware, grounds, snow removal, and kitchen equipment.
- Essential Duties Job Duty Category HVAC and Refrigeration Unplanned Maintenance Duty/Responsibility Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment including large/small HVAC supply and return air handling units, unit heaters, fan coil units, fluid handling pumps, air compressors, control air dehydration and filtering systems, forces air heating/cooling units, boilers, piping systems, other mechanical devices, and related electronic interfaces.
