Overview:
<p> </p><h2><span style="font-size: 9pt;">Responsibilities of HVAC Service Technician III</span></h2><ul><li><span style="font-size: 9pt;">Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and mechanical components/equipment.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 9pt;">Perform service projects/small jobs from beginning to completion.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 9pt;">Ensure total customer satisfaction throughout the service process.</span></li></ul>

Responsibilities:
<h4>Specific Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Installation and commission of a wide variety of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.</li><li>Perform maintenance of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.</li><li>Establish and maintain clear communications with customers while both on and off the customer job sites.</li><li>Assist in maintaining inventory and tool procurement of individual service vehicle.</li><li>Promote and perform all aspects of BMCC's safety procedures and policies.</li><li>Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and mechanical components/equipment.</li><li>Perform service projects/small jobs from beginning to completion, ensuring total customer satisfaction throughout.</li></ul><p> </p>

Qualifications:
<h4 style="text-align: justify;">Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4><ul><li style="text-align: justify;">Current Licensed Technician (mandatory) or verifiable experience in service of commercial HVAC systems. Holds EPA Certification.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Skills of Level II Technician.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Cooling tower service, annual maintenance, gearbox replacement and alignment, water-cooled chiller annual maintenance, hydronic system understanding and troubleshooting.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.</li></ul>
