- The Account Manager prospects and builds a solid base of new and return customers and clients by providing a variety of HVAC/R engineering, estimating, and project management services.
- Engaging in ethical activities necessary for promoting, soliciting, and obtaining profitable sales to commercial, industrial, and general contractor customers for product and system installation, service, and preventative maintenance.
- Responsibilities include (but not limited to) maintaining contact through in person visits to new and existing customers; accurate priced proposals and quotations; prompt delivery and follow-up through job site visits, overseeing sold projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining regular office hours, the Account Manager will spend an average of at least 45 hours per week actively engaged in such duties.
- Account Manager will always present a positive and helpful attitude.
