- The HVAC Business Development Manager primary responsibilities includes increasing Mitsubishi & Gree commercial Smart Multi / VRF sales growth, promotional activities, new product introductions, problem resolution, employee and customer training, and may include quoting systems and design.
- Added responsibility to master the commercial technical aspects and fully immersed in all manufacturer Commercial / VRF programs and trainings.
- Understanding that a combination of customer service excellence and maximized program promotion will drive sales, this position partners with sales management, technical support, Mitsubishi field representatives, Bell Simons Territory Managers, and Branch Managers to call on customers while identifying important changes in the competitive landscape.
- Owner and driver of the Commercial / VRF business throughout Bell Simons, matrixed supervisory responsibility, no direct reports.
- Develops training plans for current territory managers, counter employees, and customer service representatives on all VRF / Commercial products and accessories.
