- The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties, works closely with the HR Director in providing associate and center leadership support.
- manage workers comp claims (injury report, clinic, interactive process, etc.)
- Assists with the establishment of an in-house employee training system that addresses the company's training needs, new employee orientation and onboarding, management development, production cross-training, and training transfers
- Provides competitive market research and prepares pay studies to help establish pay practices and pay bands that help to recruit and retain superior staff.
- The Human Resources Generalist assumes other responsibilities as assigned by the HR Director.
