- Job SummaryHR Planning Analyst will support several critical CEMEX USA Talent Planning processes, including but not limited to: Talent Review, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Planning & Talent analytics, Planning and Development Budget, etc.
- Propose ways to increase participation Recommend processes, tools and best practices to roll out content in an effective and efficient mode Work with external vendors as needed Other projects and duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Analytics & Data Science, Human Resources or related field 3+ years of working experience with data analysis, business planning and organizational planning.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Excel including Macro & Pivot Table, PowerPoint, Word, Etc) Proficient in data analytics tools such a Power BI, Tableau, etc Experience with analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Physical Requirements Requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently.
