- The HR Manager will act in a business partner capacity supporting the corporate functions.
- Manages and participates in facilitation/problem resolution on issues related to employee relations, performance & talent management, FMLA/ADA/leaves of absences, and employee discipline; advises both employees and management on employee relations policies, procedures, and documentation; researches, identifies, and analyzes specific employee relations concerns and makes appropriate recommendations to managers.
- Proven knowledge of California and federal employment wage/hour laws
- Professional Designation: PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred
- BA/BS Degree required (major in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Management or related field preferred)
