- The Human Resources Generalist will have both have administrative and strategic responsibilities helping plan and administer important functions, such as training and development, onboarding new team members and employee relations.
- This position is located at our corporate office in Southfield, MI (four days in office and one day remote).
- Liaises with multiple departments within GEDC to ensure that all the on boarding documents are collected in a timely fashion, disseminated to various departments as needed and updated in the GEDC practice management system.
- Makes recommendations and implements new programs and resources needed to enhance new employee experience Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and complianceAdminister administrative tasks associated with changes in employment (job changes, status changes, etc.)
