- Job Summary :The Human Resource Generalist will assist in the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including pre-hire requirements, onboarding, HRIS administration, and enforcing company policies and practices.
- Facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to process hire requests, background check entry and administration, onboarding questions, “launching” new hire packets and HRIS navigation assistance.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Responsible for tracking legally required training programs including harassment prevention and human trafficking training.
