- Our team in Henderson currently has an opening for a Human Resources Generalist
- Administers drug testing programs and coordinating quarterly random testing as required.
- Ensures compliance with all company policies and all regulatory agencies, including but not limited to: Brenntag Code of Business Conduct & Ethics, Antitrust Compliance Policy, Protective Agreement, Dispute Resolution Agreement, DDOL, EEOC etc.
- Bachelor’s degree (business, organizational management, human resources management or related degree), and a minimum of 2-4 years of Human Resources experience.
- Advanced skills using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (pivot tables, v-look up, etc.)
