- The Human Resources Generalist, under the direction of the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and in support of the HR function, is responsible for creating, updating, and applying all HR policies and company guidelines in accordance with all federal, state, and statutory laws.
- The Generalist will manage multiple HR Systems, working closely with the finance team to seamlessly bridge the system integration between the payroll and HR systems.
- Create tools to support the talent acquisition process to include technology platforms, candidate collateral, interview guides and evaluations, and process training.
- Execute defined employee engagement plans such as recognition programs, external events, learning sessions, communication plans, and internal awareness campaigns.
- Collaborate with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards including the DEI agenda and complete regular ESG reporting.
