- Greet employees who walk in to HR and take messages for the two HR Business Partners.
- In spare time, in the afternoons, assist with organizing the paper file room.
- Administrative duties may include but are not limited to: maintaining employee files, managing HR documents (employment records, onboarding guides, training records, etc.)
- updating internal databases and providing day to day support to the HR team.
- Gather data and prepare various routine reports, proofread and correct grammatical, typographical or compositional errors.
