- This position provides general clerical/administrative support to the Human Resources team supporting the corporate office and field operations as needed.
- Provides general HR administrative support and assists with needs for information from the ADP system, employment files, and other information sources.
- Payroll functions, including but not limited to, the entry of time, timesheet verification, balancing and processing weekly payroll, payroll reconciliation and distribution, raises in pay, safety infractions, payroll deductions, employee supplies, and coding invoices.
- Refers escalated issues to HR Director as appropriate.
- Supports periodic audits of employment, benefits, workers’ compensation and other records and procedures at plant locations.
