- The HRIS Coordinator is a highly collaborative role where you will work with HR and all other business units to meet their informational needs while assisting the HRIS team with the administration of all HR systems.
- In this role you will be a primary point of contact for triaging issues and supporting the HCM and other HR systems including the ATS, LMS, and internal communications tool.
- You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of HR projects, broadening your exposure to HR systems and workflows.
- Provide support as the first point of contact for HRIS-related issues throughout the organization by managing tickets submitted to the Employee Services Help Desk. Supports day to day technical and administrative support to departmental and end users.
- Execute regular data audits within the HCM and ATS to validate the accuracy and completeness of employee records.
